Our Mission

To provide mentorship, encouragement, and empowerment to young women of color by building confidence around education, social awareness, and self-esteem. We envision a society where all young women of color have the foundations needed to break any glass ceiling they may encounter.

Through our partnership with King County's Best Starts for Kids Grant, we actively interrupt the school-to-prison pipeline by providing comprehensive support three times per week, creating lasting change in our communities.

Voices of Impact

Hear from participants, partners, and community members about the transformative power of Phenomenal She.

"Before PS I had a lot of questions on life and what the real world had to offer. Being around strong black women and getting to converse on topics we can all relate to felt very refreshing. PS has taught me many skills I can apply to my life, helped me set & accomplish goals, and given me the confidence to face challenges."
